The Beach Volleyball Masters make as every year in St. Peter Ording station with us to Eiderstedt. In probably the greatest beach of the world the players back to the viewer offer beach volleyball at its best. On Centre Court will find many spectators and there is a wahnsinns atmosphere during the games. - One has to have to experience it!

On Friday and Saturday, there are preliminary rounds and excretions place on Sunday and then at 14.30 clock the final of the women and 15.30 clock the final of the men and will turn out to St. Peter Ording Masters who has won the beach volleyball. Then then the medal ceremony.

On Friday and Saturday night parties find each place on the event grounds. With music from the stage, a large sand dance floor and stalls for eating and drinking, can be celebrated augelassen.
This framework Masters from the beach volleyball round wonderful. Usually the parties go there until the early morning hours.
Great fun for young and old.

Kite Festival and the German championship in kite flying from 11.07 - 13:07:09

For the third time will find the event site on Ording beach, the Kite Festival held on. This sensational event is not there woh second time in the world. More than a thousand kites of all kinds and colors adorn the skies over St Peter Ording. From large professional stunt kite to small kite is all there. Especially for this event 100 professional stunt pilots come to the interested with the handling of these kites to present and show it.

The event offers a large colorful program for young and old. On a big stage provides two of the NDR with the moderator Stefan Kuna mood for good music with turntables. Of course there again the so-called magic stalls, plenty can be eaten and drunk.

A highlight will be offered the bersonderes "Lütten. In a specially hergrichteten children's area, your children can paint, handicrafts, rave, let Schmick to juggle, or just relax in a tent in a story read out loud.

It is determined again a great event that should not miss.

On 03.05.2009 at 08.00 clock starts the 5th Nordic Walking Half-Marathon in St. Peter Ording.

For the first time the marathon this year on a new and expanded routes instead. It is part of the new North Sea-Fitness-park, which is dedicated to this event and officially opened.

Will run in this marathon on four different surfaces and it can be selected from two lengths. Substrates are the beach, forest soil, asphalt and timber. The track lengths are 10.5 km or 21 km.

The procedure is as follows:

8:00: Registration

9:45: Warm up

10.00: Start of the 21-km run

10.30: Start the 10.5-km run

13:30 joint cooling

On Sunday, 04.12.2009 at 19.30 clock begins the Easter fire on the stage.

The Easter tradition is to pass the winter spirits, others see it as a celebration of the resurrection of Jesus.

In front of the seawall on the forecourt of the pier, the fire issue, and then kept lit the Easter fire. It is not only a fire, but an impressive spectacle of flames to be distributed with the so-called winter spirits. With live music, stalls and magic program can be enjoyed the Easter fire extensively.
